WANTED:  Contributors to a new Book

Audio and Video Project! 

Get your 15 Minutes of Fame (maybe more!).



Anyone who has been in business and has networked in formal networking groups, such as BNI, probably has had some pretty interesting experiences, as well as some great success stories from their networking efforts.


We are  presently working on a new project which includes a book and audio material that will feature some of these stories and the strategies that were learned through formal networking groups like BNI, as well as online sites and communities like LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter.  We want to hear what you learned and may have been applied elsewhere (personally and professionally).


If you would like to be a contributing author or participant in this project, please send us a 1 paragraph description of your story or experience along with your contact information.


We will be following up and interviewing potential contributing authors over the Fall of 2009. The project's tentative scheduled release date is April 20, 2010 and all selected, contributing authors and select invitees will have a chance to preview and provide feedback on the work ahead of time, in real-time, online.


Suggested topic/subject areas include: 


  • Learning How to Network

  • Getting to Know Me, Getting to Know You (Building Relationships)

  • Finding Your Voice (i.e. better presentation skills or promotion of your business)

  • I Know Now or I Now Know..(what you didn't know about yourself, your business, etc until you started networking).

  • Of Tweeps & Friends (How relationships built online have helped your business/personal efforts offline).

  • Memorable Magic Moments: what memorable thing happened because of your networking efforts that helped you or others, in unexpected ways.


Other suggested topics/subject areas are welcome.
